By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling transportation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Saguaro Medical Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation for individuals traveling to and from medical appointments and related destinations. Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. We do not provide emergency medical care, ambulance services, or clinical treatment during transport.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Transportation must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to provide timely service; however, arrival and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We ask that cancellations be made with reasonable advance notice. Repeated late cancellations or failure to be ready at the scheduled pickup time may result in fees or limitations on future service, as described at the time of booking.
Eligibility and Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling transportation, including pickup and drop-off locations, appointment times, mobility needs, and any special accommodations required. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is current and correct. Passengers must comply with reasonable safety instructions from our staff, including the use of seat belts and securement devices.
Payment
Fees for transportation services will be communicated to you at or before the time of booking. You agree to pay all applicable charges for services rendered. Where services are billed to insurers or third-party payers, you remain responsible for any amounts not covered by such payers, to the extent permitted by law.
Assumption of Risk
While we are committed to providing safe and reliable transportation, you understand that transportation involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the ordinary risks associated with travel that are not caused by our negligence or misconduct.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
